Terms & Conditions:
We recommend that you arrive on time, at least 20 minutes before your appointment.
Late arrivals may shorten the duration of your programme and will result in a 100% charge for your experience.
Deposit: 30% deposit is required to confirm the bookings and will be deducted from the total of the program.
Cancelation Policy:
- If you wish to cancel your programme you must inform the Spa with 48h in advance;
- - Any cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will imply the loss of the deposit;
- - No-shows" will imply the loss of the deposit.
