Christmas Vouchers

Christmas vouchers can be purchased without leaving home, through our Online Store, and can be sent immediately to the recipient. If you wish you can purchase a physical voucher at the reception of each spa.

TOPSPA always develops unique experiences for this special date, so you can offer something different on your gift voucher. However, if you prefer you can offer any experience - massages, facials and / or body treatments - that are available in each of the spa units.

If you choose to purchase online, you can make the payment at an ATM, through your homebanking or even with the PayPal service.

You will receive the e-voucher, after making the payment, automatically in the email you indicated for sending: yours or directly in the email of the person that receives the voucher.

Christmas vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. We ask for your attention that the voucher is not valid after the expiration date, nor will there be any refund, nor will it normally be extended.

As a rule, vouchers are valid for 6 months. During the pandemic crisis, the vouchers' validity periods were extended to double the period initially envisaged - 1 year.

The ritual you have on the voucher may be an experience that was created especially for Christmas, so you may not find it on the website, in this case, just contact the spa reception and you will be communicated which ritual you have on the voucher, and if you wish, which services can be changed.

Yes. To carry out your Christmas voucher experience you must contact the spa reception, by phone or email, checking availability. We advise you to do it in advance to guarantee the desired day and time.

The Christmas voucher represents a monetary value that can be redeemed for other treatment (s) at any hotel spa in the TOPSPA Collection chain. If the value is lower at the spa that was purchased, you can choose to pay the difference to do it at another spa or choose another treatment with the same value.

Christmas vouchers do not have a refund, but you can choose a set of treatments that make up the same value as the purchased voucher.

You can take advantage of your voucher at any other TOPSPA unit. You can directly contact the unit where you want to make the voucher or send an email to online.store@topspa.pt informing which is your voucher, number and where you want to book it.

The visit to the Spa requires the same care from customers as in most other commercial establishments. We ask that you make a prior reservation, wear a mask in all circulation areas, comply with the respiratory etiquette and disinfect your hands at the entrance to the spa, entrance and exit to changing rooms and when using equipment.
