To make an appointment at Mandalay Spa Flores, you can make direct contact with the spa reception, by phone (+351) 220 047 040 (Call to national fixed network) or if you prefer, by email: flores@mandalay-spa.com. At that moment, you will have the possibility to clarify all your doubts regarding our treatments with our professionals. Additionally, you have the possibility to make your reservation request online, always waiting for the booking confirmation email from Mandalay Spa Flores.

Q: Is there a possibility to purchase vouchers?

Of course! There is the possibility to buy the physical voucher at the spa reception, but if it is more convenient for you, you have the possibility to buy through our Online Store, without leaving home and in a quick and intuitive way. All Mandalay Spa rituals can be purchased as gift vouchers.

Q: How can I make payments at Mandalay Spa?

You can make your payments in person using cash and / or ATM, but you can also choose to pay for the room, if you are staying at the Hotel PortoBay Flores. If you buy from our Online Store, you can make the payment through an ATM or homebanking, or use the PayPal service.

Q: I received a gift voucher, how can I book?

If you received a voucher from Mandalay Spa Flores you are lucky! Now you just have to book your voucher, to do so just contact the spa reception, by phone (+351) 910 358 640 or by email flores@mandalay-spa.com, and tell us what experience you have on the voucher, most convenient day and time. If the experience you have on the voucher is not to your liking, there is no problem, you can exchange it for another ritual that meets your preferences and needs.

Q: Are the Steam Bath and Sauna available?

The Steam Bath, Sauna, Jacuzzi and Indoor Pool are available. When performing a service at the Spa, access to the water circuit is free. Access to the spa and its facilities are conditioned for people over 16 years old, being free for guests and if they perform a service at the spa.

Q: What should I do if I have a health problem?

We inform you that if you suffer from any health condition, allergies or injuries you should always inform us so that the treatment selected is the most appropriate and adapted to your conditions.

Q: Are there any indications for pregnant women?

If you are pregnant, you will need to inform the spa reception, as there are some treatments that are not advised and others that are specific for future moms or who are still breastfeeding. Our team will be happy to help you choose the best treatment for your condition.
