Q: What do I have to do to schedule a ritual?

To book a ritual at BluSpa Falésia | Ocean you can directly contact the spa reception, by calling (+351) 289 007 710 (Call to national fixed network) or by email: portobayfalesia@bluspa.pt | ocean@bluspa.pt. You will have the help of our professionals if you have any doubts about what is the best treatment to schedule. We advise you to make your booking request in advance to guarantee the desired day and time. You can also make your reservation request online, always waiting for the confirmation email from BluSpa Falésia | Ocean.

Q: Can I offer BluSpa rituals in a voucher format?

You can offer all the rituals of massages, facials and / or body treatments available at the BluSpa Spa Menu. We also inform you that vouchers can be purchased at the spa reception or just a click away, without leaving your home, through our Online Store.

Q: How can I make my payments at BluSpa?

If you are staying at the Hotel PortoBay Falésia or at Hotel PortoBay Blue Ocean, you can make your payments in person using cash and / or ATM, but you can also choose to charge your room. If you make a purchase through our Online Store, you can make your payment through an ATM or homebanking, or even use the PayPal service.

Q: I received a voucher, how should I proceed to book it?

If you received a voucher for a BluSpa Falésia | Ocean experience, you will need to book it. You can contact the spa reception, by phone or email, to be able to make your appointment on the desired day and time. We inform you that if you do not like the experience you have on the voucher, you can exchange it for another one that you like. And if you enjoyed the ritual, but would like to spend more time at the spa, you can upgrade your experience by paying the remainder value.

Q: Are the Turkish Bath, Sauna and Jacuzzi available?

The Turkish Bath, Sauna, Jacuzzi and Indoor Swimming Pool are available, free of charge for guests and non-guests of the Hotel PortoBay Falésia andd the Hotel PortoBay Blue Ocean if they book a ritual at the spa.

Q: I suffer from a physical health condition should I communicate this?

Of course. We kindly ask you to inform us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that may affect your choice of ritual when booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for customers with certain conditions.

Q: I am pregnant, is there any contraindication?

If you are pregnant, we also ask you to give us this information, as there are some treatments that are not advised and others that are specific for future moms or who are still breastfeeding. Please allow our team to help you choose the most appropriate treatment.
