You can offer all the rituals of massages, facials and / or body treatments that are available in each of our spa units. The voucher represents a certain value that can be exchanged for treatments other than the one initially purchased, at the same or for its value at another spa.
No. You can also buy for your own enjoyment, taking advantage, for example, of the special promotions that exist.
You can pay for your purchase at an ATM or through your homebanking, or with the PayPal service.
You will receive the e-voucher, after making the payment, automatically in the email you have indicated for sending: yours or that of the happy recipient.
With the pandemic situation, all of our purchased vouchers are valid for 1 year, instead of 6 months, from the date of acquisition. It is not valid after the expiration date. There will be no refund, nor will its validity be extended.
If you did not find the experience you have on the voucher on the website, you may want to say that it may have been a special offer or a commemorative date, in this case, just contact the spa reception and you will be informed about the ritual you have on the voucher.
Yes, you can exchange it for another experience at the same spa or another spa in the TOPSPA chain, as your voucher represents a certain face value. If you enjoyed the ritual, but would like to spend more time at the spa, you can upgrade your experience by paying the remainder.
Yes. To carry out the experience, you must contact the reception of the spa where you intend to carry out the experience, by phone or email, checking availability. We advise you to do it in advance to guarantee the desired day and time.
Not necessarily. If you have more than one experience on your gift voucher, you can choose to do them on different days.
The voucher represents a monetary value that can be redeemed for other treatment (s) at any hotel spa in the TOPSPA Collection chain. If the value is lower at the spa that was purchased, you can choose to pay the difference to do it at another spa or choose another treatment with the same value.
Yes you can. Given that when you purchase your voucher you are entitled to benefit from the existing spa facilities (water circuit), the value of the experience may be different between 2 hotel spa units from the same company.
The massage you have purchased represents a value that can be used in the same spa or in another hotel spa, in any treatment / massage. If you choose the same massage, it may be necessary to pay an additional fee or change the massage time to make up the value of the purchased voucher.
Vouchers do not have a refund, but you can choose a set of treatments that make up the same value as the purchased voucher.
If the Spa chosen for the voucher presents the mentioned facilities, and if they are open according to the rules of the DGS, yes you can take advantage.
