“For me, the Mother and Child Massage begins with the environment we prepare before welcoming the family. It is important for the mother and child or young person to feel that the space is calm, safe and designed for both of them. The experience should feel light, comfortable and natural, without excessive formality.

Before beginning, I like to understand whether it is their first spa experience, whether there is an area of greater tension or whether they simply want to share a different kind of moment. During this massage, the intensity of the technique is not the most important aspect. What matters is the way touch, silence and the surroundings help create a shared pause.

The pressure is light and always adapted to each person’s age, sensitivity and comfort. The pace should be serene so that both can relax at the same time, each in their own way. There is something particularly beautiful about this type of treatment: the massage is received individually, but the experience is lived together.
