Sculpting massage with cold stones to target stubborn fat and reduce cellulite in problem areas such as the thighs and buttocks.
What makes this massage special, according to Carolina
Carolina Pereira, Spa Therapist at BSpa by Karin Herzog, sees the Contouring Massage as a body treatment with purpose, pace and precision. In her view, it is not a relaxation massage: it is a more active and localised approach designed for anyone who wants to work on specific areas of the body using technique, controlled pressure and attention to individual sensitivity.
Recommended for anyone who…
- Is looking for a more vigorous body massage focused on specific areas.
- Feels reduced firmness or a sense of localised volume in areas such as the abdomen, legs, glutes or hips.
- Values a treatment focused on the appearance of the silhouette and skin care.
- Prefers a more active aesthetic approach that is always adapted to their comfort level.
Carolina Pereira’s perspective
“For me, the Contouring Massage begins by understanding the client’s goal and the areas where they feel the greatest need for attention. Some people want to work on the abdomen, while others are more concerned about the legs, glutes or hips. Before beginning, I like to explain that this is a more active massage, with vigorous, rapid and deep movements, but that the pressure must always remain controlled.
Contouring work should not be aggressive. Intensity forms part of the technique, but reading the body is what makes the treatment genuinely personalised. I adjust the pace, pressure and time dedicated to each area according to the person’s response, tissue sensitivity and comfort during the massage.
This is not an experience designed to make the body fall asleep, but to awaken it. The movements are targeted and have a clear aesthetic intention: to help work on the body contour, improve the appearance of the silhouette and leave a feeling of a body that is better cared for and more defined.
At BSpa, I like to place this massage within a premium wellbeing context, where even a more intense treatment maintains care, discretion and respect for each client’s pace.”

Yes, the Slimming Treatment is highly effective in reducing localized fat and cellulite, delivering results that exercise alone may not achieve.
Absolutely. In addition to helping with inch loss, the Slimming Treatment visibly improves the appearance of cellulite, evens out skin texture, and reduces sagging.
For enhanced results, we recommend combining it with the Cellulite Reduction Treatment or the Detox Treatment, both of which focus on inch loss and skin texture improvement.
