Back & Shoulders Massage

Back & Shoulders

40 min 90.00€

Targeted massage to relieve tension in key areas: back, neck, shoulders, and head.

What makes this massage special, according to Eleonora

Eleonora Frolich, Spa Therapist at BSpa by Karin Herzog, understands how tension accumulates in the back, neck and shoulders. In her view, the Back and Shoulder Massage is a precise response for anyone who needs to care for the most overloaded areas of the body, even when they do not have time for a longer massage.

Recommended for anyone who…

  • Feels tension in the shoulders, stiffness in the neck or heaviness in the back.
  • Spends many hours at a computer or maintains repetitive postures throughout the day.
  • Is looking for a shorter massage focused on the areas of greatest discomfort.
  • Values adaptable pressure that can be lighter or more intense according to their needs.

Eleonora Frolich’s perspective

“For me, the Back and Shoulder Massage begins by understanding where the body is accumulating the most tension. The client often arrives with raised shoulders, a stiff neck or a sense of heaviness in the back that has gradually built up over several days.

Although this is a shorter massage, it must be very well targeted. Before beginning, I like to ask whether the person prefers a more relaxing approach or work focused more directly on releasing tension. The pressure, pace and areas receiving the greatest attention are always adapted to the body’s condition at that moment.

What makes this treatment special is the effectiveness of its focus. Instead of working superficially across the entire body, I concentrate on the areas that need it most: the back, shoulders, neck and, when appropriate, the head. These areas are closely connected to posture, stress and everyday tiredness.

At BSpa, this massage gains an even more tranquil dimension through the riverside setting and the option to complement the experience with the Thermo Garden. It is a short pause, but it can make a very clear difference to the way the person feels in their body afterwards.”
