Ayurvedic Scalp Massage

25 min 60.00€

Our Indian head massage with coconut oil to relieve stress.

What makes this massage special, according to Carolina

Carolina Pereira, Spa Therapist at BSpa by Karin Herzog, values short treatments that can create a profound pause without requiring a complete body massage. In her view, the Ayurvedic Head Massage is a localised, sensory and highly focused experience designed for anyone who arrives overstimulated, mentally tired or carrying tension in the upper body.

Recommended for anyone who…

  • Feels mentally tired, stressed or unable to switch off.
  • Is looking for a short, comfortable and deeply relaxing pause.
  • Accumulates tension in the head, scalp, neck or upper shoulders.
  • Values touch on the scalp and the nourishing dimension of coconut oil.

Carolina Pereira’s perspective

“For me, the Ayurvedic Head Massage begins with the way the person enters the room. The body may appear ready to relax, but the mind often continues to race. Some clients bring tension in the scalp, others feel that the neck is more restricted, while some simply need a few minutes without stimulation.

This treatment is short, but it should not feel rushed. The focus is on the head, scalp and upper body, using movements designed to create lightness and relaxation. The pressure is always adapted because this is a particularly sensitive area and each person responds differently to touch.

Coconut oil adds a very enveloping dimension to the experience. In addition to its comfortable texture, it brings a nourishing and sensory quality that makes the massage more complete. The pace should remain serene, with enough space for the person to slow down, breathe and feel that the moment genuinely belongs to them.

At BSpa, I like to recommend this massage to anyone who needs a quick pause that still has an impact on how they feel. It does not replace a complete body massage, but it may be exactly the right care when tension is concentrated in the head and in excessive thought.”
